CHURCH PICNIC AND SOFTBALL

Each year following the 10:00 a.m. service on the last Sunday in June, everyone is invited to the church picnic at the Vernon Township picnic area and softball field. Vernon Township Field #5 is located at the northeast corner of Main St. and Port Clinton-just east of the train tracks. Hamburgers and Hot Dogs, plates etc. are provided. We bring a salad or dessert to share. There are games for the kids, as well as the annual challenge softball game. In addition, the picnic shelter is across the parking lot from the Vernon Pool so swimming is always an option. There is plenty of activity for all ages.
