Confirmation aged young people (7th and 8th graders) participate in a
special program designed to help youth increase their knowledge of the Bible
and the Christian faith with a special focus on our Lutheran traditions and
identity. This individualized program offers the opportunity for service while
experiencing a variety of ministries in the greater church.
Vacation Bible School is an annual summer event that is always filled with excitement and learning. Young people from Preschool through 5th grade share in a week of V.B.S. with hands-on learning as they grow in faith while having fun together. Older youth are invited to participate as helpers, guides and teachers aides. Among the weeks highlights are an ice cream social on Thursday evening following a performance by those in V.B.S.
